To Do Tonight: Free Olympics-Themed Workout at Philadelphia Sports Clubs

The club's high-intensity UXF workout is going to the Olympics.

Need to work off some of that Olympics-watching adrenaline? (No? Watch this and get back to me.) Head over to the Market Street Philadelphia Sports Clubs outpost tonight (and every Wednesday evening in August) for the UXF: London Calling Edition, a free Olympics-themed workout!

The pros at PSC have created a unique, high-intensity workout that blends our favorite Summer Games staples: rowing, boxing, gymnastics, track and weight lifting. The class consists of a five-station circuit that is designed to transform your bod into a smokin’ hot Michael Phelps or Lolo Jones look-alike. (We’ll see about that.) The exercises are designed to sculpt and tone with moves such as “The Lolo” to work the calves, and “The Mary Lou” to tone those quads. Nonmembers and non-Olympic qualifiers are welcome, although it’s first-come, first-served. More information here.

FREE, Wednesdays in August at 6:30 p.m., Philadelphia Sports Clubs, 1735 Market Street, Philadelphia.
