March Into Wellness This Weekend
Score free massage, acupuncture, workshops and more at the 2011 Roxborough Health Fair
The 2011 Roxborough Health Fair, March Into Wellness, is taking place this Friday and Saturday, March 11 and 12, and the schedule is packed with great workshops—all of which are free! On Friday, you’ll find workshops on Pilates, weight loss, chiropractic, juicing, acupuncture, natural childbirth and more. On Saturday, score free massage, acupuncture and chiropractic treatments from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., as well as workshops in homeopathy and nutrition, breathing and meditation, acupuncture and pranic healing.
