Quick heads up, y’all: Pure Barre Main Line is celebrating its three-year anniversary today, and they’re offering free classes and sweet deal on PB swag and retail (which, you’ll recall, we gave a Best of Philly award to last year because the selection is so darn awesome).
If you’re looking to give your tush a little extra oomph, look no further than this special Pure Barre workshop: The Lifted Seat Workshop is a 75-minute workout which will focus on lifting tightening and toning your tush.
The workshop is on June 23rd, and it’s happening at all Pure Barre’s Philly locations. The class starts at 7:05 p.m. and costs $35. You can sign up in person or online here prior to the class.
Guys, I had an INTENSE week of fitness last week. In addition to my normal rotation of activities (yoga, running, rock climbing—anyone else belong to Go Vertical?), I also tacked on classes at three of my favorite local fitness studios.
