2nd Annual Dish it Up!

On Saturday, October 29, 2009, Women Against Abuse held their 2nd Annual Dish it Up! evening at Moore College of Art and Design. Women Against Abuse united with ten of Philadelphia's top culinary women at Dish It Up! to raise money for the mission against domestic violence and compete for the first ever “Purple Dish Award,” which was presented by Major Michael Nutter. Guests enjoyed dancing, food and dessert tastings, exclusive complimentary cocktails, and a screening of the PBS documentary "Big Cities, Big Solutions," which highlights the work of Women Against Abuse.
