Funny guys Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis zipped through the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia this morning while promoting their new movie The Campaign. They weren’t in character as they “signed the Constitution” and thanked the Eagles who showed for the appearance. They also ribbed the Flyers for not winning the Stanley Cup. They were only on stage for about 10 minutes.
