What to Drink: A Sweet Spring Cocktail That Anyone Can Make
The Clementine Whisky Sour
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Crown Royal Deluxe
1 oz clementine juice (can substitute with Orange or Tangerine juice)
1 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
2 dashes of aromatic bitters (optional)
Clementine slices and leaves for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine whisky, clementine juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake until shaker feels very cold, 20 – 30 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Top with bitters; do not stir.
5. Garnish with clementine slices and leaves.
