We’re always on the look out for great fitness and weight-loss tips from our buds over at Be Well Philly for our brides who are, well, trying to get in shape and lose weight (slowly and gradually and responsibly, of course!) before they strut their hot stuff down the aisle.
Well this week, they had a great one: a piece by Philly trainer Brian Maher on how, in order to keep your metabolism pumping and your weight down, you really do need to eat, eat, eat!
He’s got some specific tips for figuring out how much you need to consume in order to keep your body burning, and even shares a kind of scientific-calculator-thing for determining that to the calorie. Read it, and add your new knowledge to your rock-that-dress arsenal.
