This week’s LGBTQ event of the week is the Philly Pops Presents Rufus Wainwright. Expect showstoppers from the critically acclaimed vocalist, composer, and songwriter as he joins the POPS orchestra for an exclusive Philly collaboration. The Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus will open up the show and will also be performing during the finale. The event kicks off on Friday, January 19th, at 8 p.m. at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, 300 South Broad Street. TICKETS
