There were some very strange things going on in the skies of Philadelphia on Wednesday. First, there was the hot-air balloon that landed in Kensington, of all places. And then there was the drone flying over the protests in Center City. Are the cops now using drones to police protestors? people were wondering. Nope. It was just a dude with a drone who now finds himself under arrest.

Police have announced that 20-year-old Joseph Roselli of the 2900 block of Chestnut Street has been charged with aggravated assault, causing or risking catastrophe, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person. According to a police spokesperson, the drone almost collided with the windshield of a police helicopter that was, in fact, monitoring the protests. Police say that no one was injured during the incident.

According to court documents, Roselli has been released on $3,700 bail. He’s scheduled for a preliminary hearing on December 1st.
