This year’s First Person Arts Festival is filled with plenty of LGBTQ programming, and in order to attract new audiences and new voices to the organization, they’ve given two Philadelphia-area non-profits free tickets for their younger LGBTQ constituents.

Youth from the Attic Youth Center and Valley Youth House were offered complimentary admission to the First Person Arts performance of Out/Spoken, a production of the D.C.-based Story District, which tells true stories from a variety of LGBTQ-identified individuals. The show is tomorrow evening, Sunday, November 15, and tickets are still available.

This year’s festival also included a performance by writer and performer David Crabb, who presented a one-night only performance of his show Bad Kid as part of the festivities. Crabb’s tale is about growing up gay (and goth) in the middle of Texas.
