#SayHerName Trending on Social Media After Murder of Kiesha Jenkins
Philadelphia is once again on the national stage, this time for a rather unfortunate reason: The hashtag #SayHerName is trending on Facebook and other social media as reports circulate over the murder of 22 year-old trans woman Kiesha Jenkins.
As we reported earlier, Jenkins was gunned down early this morning in North Philly by 5 or 6 men. A quick browse of Twitter and one can find a wide assortment of messages from folks, mourning the loss of Jenkins:
