Made In America Returns To Parkway, Thrilling Music Lovers And Irritating Neighbors

It’s official: Assuming he’s not in prison by then for vacationing in Cuba, Jay-Z is bringing the Budweiser Made In America Festival back to the parkway for two days of music, insanely high-priced beer, complaining neighbors, and (probably) scheming by Mayor Nutter’s administration to avoid admitting precisely how much City Hall is spending on the event.

The lineup will be announced Wednesday. The concert takes place Aug. 31 and Sept. 1.
