The Philadelphia parlor game “Who’s unlucky enough to have to replace George Sabatino at Stateside” has reached its conclusion. The acclaimed East Passyunk restaurant has decided on young Elijah Milligan, a 24-year-old veteran of Le Bec Fin and Vernick Food & Drink.
