Pennsylvania’s Candidates for Attorney General Will Debate While Everyone Watches Sports, Presidential Debate

If two people running for Attorney General of Pennsylvania have a debate, but no one watches because it’s the same night as Monday Night Football, Game 7 of the NLCS and the final presidential debate before the November election, does it make a sound? We say no, but former Lackawanna County prosecutor Kathleen Kane and Cumberland County District Attorney David Freed are set to test our hypothesis when they square off at Widener Law School in Harrisburg. If you don’t like sports or national politics or your own psyche, the debate will air on PCN and Widener’s website at 7 p.m. Monday evening. [Philly.com]
