Police Look for Up-Skirt Cellphone Photographers in Chester County

Multiple women in Chester County have reportedly caught men trying to take up-skirt photos with cell phones. Police are now looking for men who used their phones to take pictures of the women while they were in Marshall’s, Bed, Bath & Beyond, and an Exton Square Mall fitting room respectively. In all of the incidents, the women yelled out the the men with the phones, who then fled from the stores. [Inquirer]
