Where in the World Is Mayor Michael Nutter?

Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter is apparently out of town on a vacation at a top secret location. His staffers wouldn’t give away his coordinates, but say that he’s typically checking email while he’s away and that he’s rarely off the grid for long. Mayor Nutter and his family have previously vacationed in Aruba and Mexico. We’re pretty positive that everyone will know Mayor Nutter’s vacation destination as soon as someone uploads a video of him covering “Rapper’s Delight” in a Tommy Bahama shirt after his second umbrella drink.
