Man Pleads Guilty in Officer’s Killing
Faces at least 26 years in prison
William Foster—a 44-year-old Levittown Man—has pleaded guilty to third degree murder in the 2008 death of Sgt. Timothy Simpson of the Philadelphia Police Department. Foster led police on a chase and ran a red light, crashing into Simpson’s cruiser. Today, accepted a sentence of at least 26 years in prison. [6 ABC]
