Last January, the FAA made a big move in an attempt to cut down on flight delays in the Philadelphia International Airport. The project, in total, will cost approximately $6.5 billion. So, now that the FAA has committed to giving PHL $466.5 million of that, airport CEO Mark Gale and company are only on the hook for a little over $6 billion.
