Philly Motorcycle Gang Wheels of Soul Busted
The national motorcycle gang Wheels of Soul is said to be governed by the original charter in Philadelphia
Federal agents raided two Wheels of Soul clubhouses in West Philly this morning. An indictment unsealed in the U.S. District Court in St. Louis charges 18 members of Wheels of Soul in seven different states with charges ranging from racketeering to murder. Allegedly the Wheels of Soul, whose original charter is in Philadelphia, traffic crack cocaine and have been involved with disputes with rival gangs.
