The former Phil, who’s been busy throwing yacht parties with Charlie Sheen and trying to bust former teammate Doc Gooden out of Celebrity Rehab, racked up 25 indictments in Los Angeles County including, but not limited to, auto theft, identity theft and (surprise!) drug charges. The Scoop knows Dykstra was on the ’93 team, but prefers to think of him as a Met. [TMZ]
