Less than twenty-four hours after President Obama made his historic announcement and Citizens Bank Park erupted in “U-S-A” chants, Philadelphia favorite Lauren Hart will sing “God Bless America” before a capacity crowd at tonight’s Flyers playoff game. “I know there’s going to be a lot of tears,” she said earlier today. “I see it on a regular basis, but… I know it’ll turn into something even greater.” [NHL.com]
