Sad News on Sterner Street. Police are not yet certain whether this victim can be linked to the now-infamous Kensington Strangler, who has been connected the murders of three white women in their 20s. Today’s victim was found in an abandoned building on East Sterner Street. She was has been described as white and in her late 20s. No word yet on how she died. [Philly Confidential]
