Wawa will be sponsoring its annual weeklong celebration of our nation’s birthday this summer. From June 29th through July 4th, everyone is invited to America’s birthplace to enjoy block parties, concerts, fireworks, and more. XFINITY Fireworks Show @ Citizens Bank Park

The Philadelphia Phillies will host another fireworks show following two games against the Washington Nationals. Friday, July 12th, and Saturday, July 13th; tickets prices vary. Fireworks will also begin after each game at Citizens Bank Park, 1 Citizens Bank Way

Pershing’s Own Concert @ Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing

The United States Army Field Band returns to Penn’s Landing this year to play a free concert followed by a spectacular fireworks display. Saturday, June 29; free. Concert begins at 8 p.m., fireworks at dusk, at Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing, 101 South Columbus Boulevard

POPS on Independence @ Independence Hall

The Philly POPS return to Independence Hall for their annual free concert. The show will feature Grammy winner Todd Ellison, Tony-nominated actress and singer Susan Egan, and many other performances. Wednesday, July 3rd; free. Concert from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Independence Hall, 520 Chestnut Street

Celebration of Freedom Ceremony @ Independence Hall

Prior to the beginning of the Independence Day Parade, everyone is invited to Independence Hall for a morning of music and inspiring speeches. This year’s ceremony will feature the Philly POPS, the United States’ largest standalone orchestra. Thursday, July 4th; free. Ceremony begins at 10 a.m. at Independence Hall, 520 Chestnut Street

Salute to America Independence Day Parade

Philadelphia’s annual Independence Day Parade begins and ends on Chestnut Street this summer. Join dozens of marching bands, dancers, and floats for this celebration of the United States.

Delaware County Fireworks and Fourth of July Events

Bethel Township Independence Day Fireworks @ Bethel Springs Elementary School

Bethel Township will host their annual fireworks display the day before America’s birthday. Wednesday, July 3rd; free. Fireworks begin at dusk, at Bethel Springs Elementary School

The Broomall Rotary’s Firecracker 5k @ Broomall Fire Station

The Broomall Rotary’s 5k run will precede the Marple-Newtown 4th of July Parade. Thursday, July 4th; registration costs between $15–65. Run starts at 8 a.m., at W. Chester Pike at Malin Road near the Broomall Fire Station

Springfield Fourth of July Parade @ Springfield High School

Springfield Township’s annual Fourth of July parade will occur as scheduled early in the morning. Thursday, July 4th; free. Parade begins at 9:15 a.m., in front of Springfield High School

Marple-Newtown Fourth of July Parade @ West Chester Pike

This annual parade will begin promptly after The Broomall Rotary’s Firecracker 5k. Thursday, July 4th; free. Parade starts at 10 a.m., on West Chester Pike

Clifton Heights Fourth of July Celebration and Flea Market @ Clifton Heights Field

This annual July 4th flea market features a parade, fireworks, and more. Arts and crafts, antiques, and collectibles will be featured at this event. Thursday, July 4th; free. 7 a.m.–3 p.m., at Clifton Heights Field

Ridley Park Annual Fireworks @ Ridley Park Lake

The borough of Ridley Park’s annual firework display will take place at dusk. Saturday, July 6th; free. Fireworks begin at dusk, at Ridley Lake Park

Upper Darby Concert and Fireworks @ Upper Darby High School
Upper Darby Township will host their annual fireworks show the day before America’s birthday at the Upper Darby High School Memorial Stadium. There will be a musical performance featuring the region’s favorite party band, Chico’s Vibe! Tickets prices are $5 and the gates will open at 7 p.m.

4th of July Celebration @ Skippack Village

Join Skippack Village at the parade down Skippack Pike, barbecue at Parc Bistro, and watch a spectacular display of nighttime fireworks in Palmer Park. Thursday, July 4th; free, with food for purchase. Fireworks at dusk, at Skippack Village

July 4th Carnival and Fireworks @ Narberth

Glenside’s July 4th Independence Day Celebration @ Glenside

Kick off your 4th of July celebration at 4:00 p.m. at the “Grand, Glorious, Patriotic” Parade begins its march through the streets of Glenside. Then, as night falls, watch as fireworks explode over the Abington Senior High and Middle School. Thursday, July 4th; free. Fireworks after dark, at Abington Junior and Senior High Schools

July Fireworks @ Conshohocken

Can’t wait to celebrate? Join Conshohocken at their epic July 3rd fireworks show. Come to Sutcliffe Park a few hours early for music, food, and fun. Wednesday, July 3rd; free. Fireworks begin at 9:45 p.m., at Sutcliffe Park

Fourth of July Parade and Festivals @ Norristown

There will be an epic block party starting on Main Street, fully equipped with live music, fun activities, food, and craft vendors. Norristown will also be bringing back the Elmwood Park outdoor concert and concluding its full day of festivities with spectacular fireworks. Thursday, July 4th; free. 4th of July Celebration @ Ocean City

This year, Ocean City will be starting their 4th of July celebration with two morning bike parades. Then, at 7:00 p.m., the kite-flying competition will take place, followed by entertainment and fireworks. Thursday, July 4th; free. Fireworks at 9 p.m., at Ocean City Music Pier

4th of July Fireworks @ Atlantic City

For all those fireworks fanatics out there, Atlantic City will be offering two separate fireworks shows this 4th of July. Both the Borgata Hotel and the Tropicana Resort will be putting on a dazzling display of fireworks that people can enjoy from the beach and boardwalk. Thursday, July 4th; free. Borgata fireworks at 9 p.m. and Tropicana fireworks at 10 p.m., at the Atlantic City beach and boardwalk

4th of July Parades and Fireworks @ Wildwood

Both the Independence Day Family Parade and the Patriotic Pooch Parade will be taking over Wildwood at 9:00 a.m. this 4th of July (prizes will be awarded to the best-dressed dogs). Battleship New Jersey @ Battleship N.J. Deck

Everyone is invited to watch the fireworks on the deck of the Battleship New Jersey. This event will feature music, food, face-painting, and more. Thursday, July 4th; $10 donation per person. Event starts at 7 p.m. with fireworks at 9:30 p.m., at Battleship New Jersey Deck

Haddonfield’s Yankee Doodle Do @ Downtown Haddonfield

The Yankee Doodle Do Parade begins at 10 a.m on Thursday, July 4th. And beginning at 6 p.m., downtown will be filled with live music, food, and more, with fireworks lighting up the sky around 9:20 p.m. Wednesday, July 3rd; free. All-day event, at Downtown Haddonfield

Medford Township Fireworks @ Freedom Park

Paulsboro Chamber 4th of July Parade @ Paulsboro Plaza

The parade begins at the Paulsboro Plaza parking lot and ends at Paulsboro High School. The theme of this year’s parade is “What is Great about Paulsboro.” There is no rain date for this event. Thursday, July 4th; free. Parade begins at 10 a.m., at Paulsboro Plaza

Camden County’s Freedom Festival @ Wiggins Waterfront Park

The festival begins at 5 p.m. with a salute to our veterans, followed by the UCC Royal Brass Band taking the stage at 6:30 p.m. with spectacular fireworks show at 9:30 p.m., Thursday, July 4th; free, at Wiggins Waterfront Park

Evesham Township Independence Day Celebration @ Cherokee High School

The celebration begins at 11:30 a.m. with a parade. Cherokee High School will open up at 7 p.m. and the fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m., Thursday, July 4th; free. All-day event, at Cherokee High School

Annual Fourth of July Bike Parade @ Collingswood High School

Attendees will have the opportunity to decorate their bikes before taking a community bike ride for the Annual Fourth of July Bike Parade. TO THE MAX will take the stage at 6:30 p.m. followed by a fireworks display. Thursday, July 4th; free. All-day event, at Collingswood High School

Independence Day Celebration @ Washington Crossing Historic Park

Washington Crossing Historic Park is hosting several fun events to celebrate America’s independence. You can watch live historians demonstrate their crafts, tour historical buildings, and afterward hear the readings of the Declaration of Independence starting at 12:30 p.m. But, if you want the celebration to keep on going- you can join the Colonial Free Tours on the 5th and see the Revolutionary Car Show on Saturday, July 6th at 10 a.m. Admission to the event is $8 for adults age 12 and over, and $4 for children ages 5-11 for 4th of July admission.
