Mother’s Day is usually a springtime excuse for brunch, pastries, time with your family, and maybe a mimosa or two. Now, we’re facing another day of stay-at-home warnings and quarantine, alongside an unseasonably cold spring. Or maybe all three, because your mom probably deserves it.
