We learned back in May that Greg Vernick’s second fine dining concept on the ground floor of the new Comcast Technology Center would be the seafood-focused Vernick Fish.

Now, the James Beard Award winner has announced a third restaurant: Vernick Coffee Bar is set to open in the skyscraper’s second floor lobby.

The 3,000-square-foot all-day cafe will serve as a casual counterpart to Vernick Fish, featuring a kiosk-style wraparound counter that will serve as a bar in the evenings and include a bakery case, plus 42 seats for full-service dining.

Hours will be 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, with breakfast, lunch, and pre-dinner snacks served. The cafe will also serve beer and wine from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Vernick Coffee Bar is set to open sometime this fall. For now, they’re looking to hire baristas, servers, and cooks. Applicants should head to to Vernick Food & Drink on Monday, July 16th from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. for a meet-and-greet and apply online at jobs.fourseasons.com.
