Toast in Midtown Village Has Closed
The breakfast-centric spot at 12th and Spruce Streets is no more.

Toast, the breakfast cafe at 1201 Spruce Street, appears to have closed.
A visit to the storefront earlier today showed no signs of life, just stacked tables and chairs and other signs indicating that the space is in the process of being cleared out. There was no signage or messaging posted about the closure.
The restaurant opened back in 2013. Before that, it was YOLO, which lasted all of three months, and before that, Odd Fellows Cafe occupied the space.
