Hawthorne’s Cider and Beer Festival Means We’re in Full Fall Swing
The restaurant and bottle shop is holding an autumnal block party featuring more than 40 varieties of beer, cider, and perry.
The folks at Hawthorne’s Biercafé have it all figured out: fall is the perfect time for a block party. And they’re hosting their 2nd Annual Great Harvest Cider and Beer Festival this weekend, complete with live music, food, and family fun.
On Saturday, November 4th, Hawthorne’s at 738 South 11th Street will take over the block to celebrate the harvest. They’ll be pouring more than 40 beers — varieties from IPA to festbier to pumpkin beers and stouts — along with apple cider and perry, too.
Food trucks will be serving everything from meatballs and tater tots to waffles and tacos, and there will be a family fun zone — think face painting and inflatable slides — for the little ones.
