Stargazy, the East Passyunk British pie shop that made our Philly’s Best Pies list back in January, has played host to guest chefs like Will BYOB’s Chris Kearse and Aldine’s George Sabatino before. This week, chef-owner Sam Jacobson plays host to yet more of his chef friends: Vetri’s kitchen crew and Opa’s Bobby Saritsoglou.

Today, get your hands on Vetri’s tortellini pie, featuring meatballs in bolognese, mortadella tortellini, and creamy béchamel sauce between layers of Stargazy’s flaky, buttery crust.

On Friday, Saritsoglou is in the house, filling pies with musto-braised lamb, dates, shallots, and feta.

Pies are $7 on their own, or $10 for a pie, mash, and parsley liquor.
