DiBruno Bros. Presents Truffle Mania

This week, Di Bruno Bros is hosting samplings, meals, information sessions and a contest all in celebration of a 300g white truffle worth $5,000 they bought for charity (that’s it pictured above, and its name is Bruno). And while it might not look like much, it is essentially the diamond of the food world owing to its rarity and supposed aphrodisiac properties. Here’s how you can get involved:

Grab a truffled grilled cheese
These contain thyme, truffle oil, shallots, garlic, goats cheese, sautéed kale, Moliterno al Tartufo and mushrooms.

Stop by for lunch
Try a grilled flatbread with fresh mozzarella, arugula, speck, egg and shaved truffle and/or (we vote and) fries with truffle aioli for dipping.

Grab some Moliterno Carbonara to go
Made with fresh pasta, pancetta, cracked black pepper, cage free eggs and cooked inside an actual wheel of Moliterno al Tartufo cheese. Available at the Truffle Grab-and-Go Dinner Station.

Have a decadent brunch
This is complete with a BYOB bloody mary bar. Choose from:
-Truffle butter biscuits with duck bacon, fried egg, Brie and house-made cabernet jam
-French omelet with Moliterno al Tartufo cheese
-Grilled flatbread with fresh mozzarella, arugula, speck, egg and shaved truffle
-Poppyseed waffles with ricotta, truffle honey and citrus zest
