There are also two new concepts coming from the team.

Expect to see more from Hai Street Kitchen & Co. in the near future: this spring, they are opening their third location at The Shops at Liberty Place at 17th and Chestnut Street, just down the block from their original shop. Then in the summer, they’re opening at the King of Prussia Mall, alongside Nicolette Pizzeria, Melt Shop, Shake Shack and the Fat Ham.

Hai Street Kitchen is also introducing two new concepts, Wok Street and Ai Ramen. Wok Street will be focused on quick, affordable healthy dishes with signature bowls and Banh Mis that contain items including marinated meats, vegetables, and rice. If the signature bowls aren’t quite what you want, there will be a build-a-bowl option too. Wok Street is opening this spring at 1518 Chestnut Street.

Ai Ramen will focus on traditional ramen made with pork broth, noodles, and a variety of fresh ingredients. Vegetarian and seasonal options will be available, plus freshly rolled sushi and Bao buns. Ai Ramen is also opening this spring, and will be found at The Shops at Liberty Place.

Hai Street Kitchen has also joined the 20-something artisanal and chef-driven food concepts in New York City’s Urbanspace Vanderbilt in Downtown Manhattan. Urbanspace Vanderbilt is a favorite food hall among New Yorkers and considered a culinary destination. Hai Street Kitchen will expand in NYC even further when they open at Urbanspace Broadway Bites this summer and Urbanspace Garment District this fall.

And lastly, if you haven’t spotted it on the streets already, Hai Street Kitchen has a food truck serving a rotating menu of sushi burritos. If you want to know where you can find the truck, follow @HaiStreetKitchenUS on Twitter with the hashtag #HaiOnWheels.

Hai Street Kitchen is number two on the Foobooz Fast Casual Tracker.
