Learn To Make (And Eat) Macarons From A Pro
Feeling fancy? If so, why not join Parc pastry chef Abigail Dahan, and Chloe Johnston for a macaron demonstration. On Tuesday July 21st head over to the Enterprise Center (310 S. 48th Street) to make and sample macarons. Learn the classic French technique and try your hand at making the iconic French dessert yourself. (Don’t worry, if yours are terrible they have some of theirs for you to take home.) You’ll also leave with a recipe, so if you didn’t get it right the first time then try, try again…
From 6-8pm guests will learn the art of the macaron, try their hand at it themselves and
shove all the macarons they can into their faces daintily taste these cookies, all while sipping wine and champagne. So, you know, basically acting like a real pastry chef does every day.
