Sip & Savor Events at the Four Seasons


The Four Seasons Hotel, located (at least for now) in Center City, is introducing a series of “Sip & Savor” events, to be held on the third Friday of every month. The concept is to create “memorable and interactive” evenings of food and beverage pairing stations to expose diners to unique flavor profiles.

The first event will be held on Friday, Feb. 20 and will feature wine served alongside dishes such as Kennett Square mushroom fricassee with pickled asparagus and toasted pine nuts, and Moroccan lamb tagine with chickpeas, golden raisins and saffron cous cous. It will run from 5:30-7:30 pm.

The Sip & Savor events run through May, with the March 20 evening featuring cocktails, April 17 offering another wine pairing, and May 15 being a beer event.

$45 gets you in the door for the multi-course food and beverage tastings, and reservations can be made through Open Table or by calling 215-963-1500.
