Tonight: Paradiso Hosts Sicilian Wine Tasting

Paradiso is serving up a flight of three Sicilian wines during their “Drinking Italy” event tonight at 6:30 pm. The featured wines are each being served alongside a savory dish by chef Lynn Rinaldi.

The tasting is $20 a person (which is not bad if you’re super into Italian wines), and will feature the E Solo Chardonnay (2013), Lamura Organic Rosso Nero D’Avola (2011) and Orestiadi Ludovico RossoNero D’Avola Cabernet Sauvignon (2008). The menu to be served alongside these wines includes a smoked ruby trout tartar, a berry and ricotta semifreddo wrapped in prosciutto, and pulpetti with creamy polenta.
