It’s About Time Somebody Made Beer Waffles

No, I mean seriously. How has no one thought of this before?

Here’s the deal. Waffatopia (which is a West Chester-based waffle-making concern, plying their Belgian waffles at local farmers markets and over the internets) has teamed up with Victory Brewing Company to create a delicious, caramelized Belgian waffle infused with Victory’s Storm King imperial stout. They’re calling it the “Sweet and Stormy” and they’re offering this masterpiece for one night only–on Friday, from 4-6pm, at Victory’s Downingtown brewpub. And if the waffles alone aren’t enough to get you through the doors, Victory will also be topping said waffles with hits of their own Storm Drop ice cream.

So yeah, fresh and hot beer-infused waffles topped with beer-flavored ice cream. You’re welcome, America.
