Victory DirtWolf Hits the Market

Victory Brewing Company is increasing its beer production and is going to be offering a greater variety of styles and brands. The first beer in this new initiative is Victory DirtWolf Double IPA. The double IPA is the culmination of Victory’s Double IPA series which you may have enjoyed around town as the Ranch Series. The beer is made with whole flower, American-grown Citra, Chinook, Simcoe and Mosaic hops. DirtWolf is balanced with two-row German malts and comes in at a robust 8.7% alcohol by volume.

The double IPA is described as having “a powerful citrus aroma and fruity flavors, with the piney, earthy and mildly floral characteristics.”

Victory DirtWolf is hitting store shelves this week and has already made its way onto some Philadelphia taps.

Next up is Victory Winter Cheers, which will be a holiday  seasonal and Old Horizontal barleywine, which returns after after a two year hiatus.
