Peanut Chews Billboard Contest

Ah, the American Dream: a classic display of faultless cultural individuation, an oft-exchanged generational ideal, a compensatory model distending our brains with inspiration and hope in times of conflict and struggle. It’s the American Dream, after all. You know, the one where former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Ron Jaworski delivers to you a year’s supply of Goldenberg’s Peanut Chews in a vintage 1967 Volkswagen Microbus named “Goldie.”

Or, did you have something else in mind?

Starting today through March 6th, Goldenberg’s Peanut Chews will be hosting a Billboard Contest. For all you strong-jawed Peanut Chews fans, they’re asking you to create a headline of 10 words or less that ties the chocolate-peanut treat to its Philadelphia roots.

Contest entrance is simple: submit a statement necessarily referencing both Goldenberg’s Peanut Chews and an expression of your love for this city to the their Facebook page. The complete rules can be found at peanutchews.com. The Grand Prize Winner will have their headline adorned on a billboard along I-95 near the factory in addition to winning a year’s supply of Peanut Chews delivered to you by Ron Jaworski in a hippie bus.

Best prize ever? Not at all. Worth ten words? Unquestionably.
