In light of the two day old nonsense at what used to be Fork & Barrel, property owner Mark Sherman has decided to sell the building, which he picked up in 2004 for $400,000. Seven years later, he’s asking $725,000, which includes a kitchen, two bars, and a walk-in freezer, but not the liquor license. Sherman says he’s also looking to unload 4101 Kelly Drive, formerly the site of the lackluster Franco’s Trattoria and Verge. Remember Verge?
