An Interview with Garces & Oliver

Tonight Chifa hosts Brooklyn Brewing in a sold out beer dinner. The Brew Lounge scored an interview with  Brooklyn’s Garrett Oliver and Iron Chef Jose Garces. The interview touches on several interesting topics from pairing beer and food to Jose’s take on “hyper-formal places where fun is secondary to a thousand nit-picky steps of service.”
