With Top Chef star Jennifer Carroll and Executive Chef Eric Ripert there wouldn’t seem to be any room in the spotlight for pastry chef, Monica Glass at 10 Arts. But Monica will certainly get a chance to shine with the introduction of Sucre: the Dessert Bar by Monica.
Perfect for weary shoppers, theater goers and sugar fairies the dessert bar is available every Saturday afternoon from 1pm to 4pm. For the fixed price of $20 guess may choose five items. Special dessert packages will pair a medley of desserts with a complimentary beverage such as hot cocoa or a glass of Champagne.
Among the creations will be everything from white chocolate pomegranate cupcakes to pumpkin macaroons. There is also a variety of gluten-free desserts available.
