To-Go Wine in Pennsylvania?

Bar and restaurant owners were at a public hearing today in Philadelphia regarding state legislation which would allow them to sell wine to go and supply alcohol at off-premises events that they cater.

While we see both sides of the off-premises catering provision, the to-go wine seems like a clear win for consumers.
