New Chef, Menu for M Restaurant

Michael Caspi is in as the new chef at M Restaurant in the Morris House. He comes to the restaurant most known for its outdoor garden with a wealth of experience including Daniel, Adour Alain Ducasse, and Per Se.

Dinner at M Restaurant is served Tuesday through Saturday night and the menu changes weekly.

Highlights of the menu include Diver Scallops with a clam consomé and chicken and peanut sausage.
