The Graduate Hospital BYOB will host monthly four-course collaborations

Graduate Hospital BYOB, Pumpkin, is making more friends on the block. Beginning in August, the restaurant will host monthly four-course, $40 tasting dinners with beverage pairings. For the inaugural dinner on Wednesday, August 11, Chef Ian Moroney will team up with White Dog Cafe Beverage Manager Megan Murphy. Click through for the menu and ticket information.

First course: Oysters 3 Ways
Pairing: Bluecoat Lemon Balm Aguas Frescas. Bluecoat gin, lemon balm, simple syrup, white pepper, fresh lemon juice.

Second course:
Scallop with leek ribbons, zucchini, pappardelle in a “clam sauce” vinaigrette.
Pairing: Stoudts Pils

Third course: Pork braised in milk: lemon peel, sage, pepper with grits.
Pairing: Victory Helios (Belgian farmhouse ale)

Dessert course: Foie gras shaved over Asian pairs and peaches with homemade biscotti.
After-dessert beverage:
Subarashii Kudamono Asian Pear Eau de Vie
