Garces Trading Co. Adds Brunch
Garces Trading Company has added a weekend brunch. The menu includes many popular GTC dishes plus a $25 prix fixe3-course meal that includes a non-alcoholic beverage or mixer.
New brunch dishes include:
- Breakfast Pastry du Jour
- Fresh Summer Melon with mint labneh and spiced pecans
- Blueberry Muffin French Toast with Lancaster county maple syrup and goat butter
- Organic Poached Eggs with hot smoked pastrami, pain au lait and whole grain mustard hollandaise
- Shirred Egg with soft polenta and red chile marinara
- Steak & Eggs with hanger steak, organic eggs and bearnaise
- Omelet du Jour with potato rosti and caramelized onions
- Beverage options include Rosemary Lemonade and Virgin Bloody Mary Mix.
