This Saturday the Reading Terminal Market is holding its inaugural Scrapplefest. There will be scrapple tastings and a competition for best scrapple dish. Even a scrapple sculpting event. But in an event you might want to skip if you want to actually eat scrapple, several Market butchers will be demonstrating how scrapple is made!

Scraplefest is free and runs from 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, April 21st.
