VIDEOS: Zebras on the Loose in West Philadelphia
Zebras escaped from the UniverSoul Circus today and ran loose through West Philadelphia and on City Avenue. They were eventually caught, police confirmed. Nice try, though, zebras.

A Philadelphian posted on Twitter that he was in line for tickets at the circus, which runs at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts through today, when he saw the two zebras escape.

Cops were called just before 2 p.m. to Parkside Avenue, near the Mann Center, and videos posted later on social media showed the zebras in front of the Planet Fitness on 52nd Street and running down City Ave.
Zebras in custody. They are already sporting old-timey prisoner getup ahead of trial and sentencing. Have faith, fellas.

Their escape from the clutches of the circus thwarted, the zebras have been returned to UniverSoul unharmed. Next time, zebras. Next time.
