Philadelphia Flyers games will continue to be broadcast on 97.5 The Fanatic after the team signed a new deal with parent company Greater Media Philadelphia. Games will also be broadcast on 93.3 WMMR.

Play-by-play broadcaster Tim Saunders and color commentator Steve Coates will return for the 2015-16 season.

For years, Flyers games were broadcast on 94.1 WIP, a CBS radio station. The team left for The Fanatic in 2012.

The two sides didn’t release terms of the deal and wouldn’t even say how long it lasts. They just called it a “multi-year agreement.” Strange.

Expect Flyers promotions on all Greater Media Radio stations, which also include 102.9 FM WMGK and 95.7 FM Ben FM.

“We are thrilled to renew this important partnership with Greater Media,” said Flyers Chief Operating Officer Shawn Tilger. “The promotional support, both for the team as well as for our corporate partners has been invaluable. We are excited to continue the momentum of the first three years of this partnership.”
