Because a burger wrapped in lettuce just isn’t the same.

Good news, gluten-free eaters! Yesterday, Shake Shack –  the spot known for its burgers, hot dogs and milkshakes, with five Philly-area locations — officially added gluten-free burger buns to their menu. Meaning: You can finally (FINALLY) get your hands on a burger sandwiched between a real, honest-to-goodness bun instead of lettuce “bun.” Go ahead, jump with joy.

According to Shake Shack’s website, their burgers are gluten free, aside from the ‘Shroom Burger, which contains breadcrumbs (sorry, vegetarians). The gluten-free buns are available at all U.S. locations, with the exception of stadiums and ballparks.

Now go get yourself a burger and report back on the bun. You can call it research.
