What to Eat This Week: Satisfying Summer Grain Bowls


On the menu this week? Grain bowls! These bowls certainly fit the bill for nutrition and flavor, and each one takes advantage of a different grain (ok, we know, quinoa is technically a seed, but it certainly acts like a grain). And all of them use at least one veggie that’s in season right now, like arugula, zucchini, corn and spinach. So hit the grain aisle, then the farmers’ market, and you’ll be good to go!
