A great workout, charity, and complimentary food and drink — now that’s a combo we can get down with. And that’s just what the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is bringing to Conshohocken on August 16th for its sixth annual Cycle for Life event.

At 8:15 a.m. cyclists will depart from the Conshohocken Brewing Company for their choice of a 20, 34, or 65-mile ride through some of Conshohocken’s most scenic terrain. The ride will end at the brewery for — you guessed it! – beer and a buffet lunch to boot.

Through the Cycle For Life the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is aiming to raise $155,000, so they need all the help from you they can get. The registration fee is $45, and every cyclist has to raise at least $185 by event day, so recruit friends and family to pitch in. Beer, lunch, and a t-shirt are included with your pledge. You can learn more about the ride and sign up here.
