Hey, Broad Streeters: I’m guessing the last thing you want to do for a workout today is go for another run — am I right? And thanks to Athleta, you don’t have to. Tonight, Athleta on Walnut Street is hosting a free post-Broad Street yoga for runners class, and you are invited.

The Vinyasa class, taught by Emily Davis and Paula Barg — who both happen to be runners themselves — will focus on bringing life back to your hips, quads and calves, so that the thought of walking up the steps to your SEPTA platform on Tuesday morning doesn’t bring tears to your eyes.

The hourlong, bring-your-own-mat class will kick off at 7 p.m. at Athleta at 1722 Walnut Street in Rittenhouse. If you don’t have a mat, the store will have a limited number of mats to borrow. Happy recovering, runners!
